Notice of Annual General Meeting

Wednesday 25^th September 2024 at 5:30 pm

We have pleasure in inviting you to attend our Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held in Duncan Room 4, Easterbrook Hall, Bankend Road, Dumfries DG1 4TA. Tea and coffee will be available from 5pm.

The number of elected, appointed and co-opted Trustees is stated in the Memorandum and Articles of Association which can be downloaded or viewed on our web site (www.crichtonfoundation.org). The Memorandum and Articles of Association also detail the procedures for election and retiral of Trustees.
